Leadership Conference in Nashville was awesome and non-stop creativity and education! Whew! There is no way I can bring it back to you like they present it. They added lots of surprises and delights and gave a way quite a bit of things. If you have never attended Convention, please plan on attending this July in Salt Lake City. Registration will be open in April and YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS IT! AND put it on your calendar to become a Sr. Supervisor by Oct. 31, 2011 to be eligible to join me in San Antonio, Texas for Leadership 2012!
+One was the theme for this year’s Leadership Conference in Nashville, and it is a global challenge that Stampin’ Up! has for all demonstrators. Take on just +One thing for your business, or personal life. I encourage you to write your +One down for your own reference and then send it to me! Maybe your ambitious, as I may be and want to +One new thing to several parts of my business, but I am also reminded that balance takes hold and when I add one thing, I may have to take away one thing.
As a hobby demonstrator, +One thing to your week that allows you to share stamping with someone …stamp a card to send, make a gift for someone special, make time to use your stamps..and actually set the day on your calendar!
For Business Builders, +One thing to make your stamping business easier to fit into your calendar, that actually may be by adding more of one event…after all the creativity and the work is done, just cut more supplies. +One actively consider each person you stamp with as a fun team mate to share convention with, leadership with, and even the Grand Vacation with. (I did and love each of you and I am glad I went out of my comfort zone, to just offer the opportunity.) Why Not? Invision it, Make it a Goal and Go For It!

As Stampin’ Up! mentioned, with everyone adding just one thing to their life or business, will dramatically change the world.
